Understory Integration is a peer-based, clinician-led, monthly drop-in group intended for all past, and future participants of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. Whether you’re new to integration or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a supportive community here.
What is Integration?
The group will explore practical methods to apply your psychedelic learnings to daily situations, from enhancing relationships to fostering personal growth, making profound insights accessible and actionable.

What to Expect
Understory Integration is a virtual gathering designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding and integration of psychedelic experiences into their daily lives, all from a harm reduction perspective.
The group is facilitated by experienced facilitators. They are registered healthcare professionals with experience sitting in both group and individual sessions, creating a safe space for you to be seen and heard.
The gathering will start with a brief meditation. Participants are encouraged to share their ideas, stories and questions for discussion with the group.
When: 6 to 8 pm on the third Wednesday of every month
Where: Virtual event; connect from the comfort of your home.
Cost: By donation to the Understory Equitable Access Fund
